Free Tier

Neat Pilot provides a free tier that includes unlimited AI analyses and 3 free AI makeovers to get you started. No payment method is required to use the free tier.

Weekly Pass Subscription

The Weekly Pass is an auto-renewing subscription that costs $2.99 per week (plus any applicable taxes) and entitles you to up to 20 AI makeovers per day while the subscription is active, along with unlimited AI analyses and access to our styles and tools.

• The 20-makeover daily allowance resets each day at midnight in your local time zone.
• Unused daily makeovers do not roll over or accumulate to the next day, week, or billing period.
• The Weekly Pass is currently our only subscription plan. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars; the price you pay in your local currency may vary by region and store.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge you $2.99 each week on a recurring basis until you cancel. The subscription automatically renews for successive one-week periods unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access to your Weekly Pass benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. Where you cancel depends on how you subscribed:

• Apple App Store (iOS): Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Google Play (Android): Manage or cancel in the Google Play app → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Web (neatpilot.app): Manage or cancel through your account settings, which open our payment processor's billing portal.

Deleting your Neat Pilot account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To stop future charges on those subscriptions, you must cancel through your app store account as described above.

How You Are Billed

• Subscriptions and purchases made within our iOS app are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions and purchases made within our Android app are processed and billed by Google through your Google Play account.
• Subscriptions and purchases made on our website are processed and billed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
• All purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's own terms and payment policies.

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Instead of, or in addition to, a subscription, you may buy one-time credit packs (for example, our Starter, Power, and Pro packs). Credit pack purchases are one-time payments that do not auto-renew and do not result in any recurring or weekly charge. Each AI makeover uses one credit; purchased credits never expire and can be used across all your projects at any time. You authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge your payment method for any credit pack you purchase. The packs available and their current prices are shown on our pricing page.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices, credit pack prices, and plan features from time to time. We will provide notice of price changes, for example on our pricing page or by email, and any change will take effect on your next billing period. Where an app store or applicable law requires your affirmative consent to a price increase before it takes effect, that consent process will apply. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

Except as described here or as required by law, all fees are non-refundable. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases are generally handled by Apple or Google rather than by us. For purchases made on our website, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using what you paid for, please contact us at support@neatpilot.app and we will work with you to resolve it.

Taxes

Stated prices do not include taxes unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes, which may be added to your purchase by us or by the applicable app store.

Legacy Subscriptions

Our previous monthly plans (Basic and Power) are no longer offered for purchase. If you hold an existing subscription from before our pricing model update, it will continue to function as originally agreed until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time through the store or account settings where you originally subscribed, after which you can use the free tier, purchase credit packs, or subscribe to the Weekly Pass.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload to Neat Pilot. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service, including:

• Processing photos with AI to generate analysis and makeovers
• Storing your content on our secure servers
• Displaying your content back to you within the Service

We do not use your content for any other purpose and do not share it publicly or with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

Informal Resolution First

Before starting an arbitration or other proceeding, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@neatpilot.app with a description of the dispute and the relief you seek. We will try to resolve the dispute with you in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of your notice, either party may proceed as described below.

Binding Individual Arbitration

Except for the disputes described under "Exceptions" below, you and WebAppsToGo LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, including the AAA fee schedule (available at www.adr.org). Unless you and we agree otherwise, any in-person arbitration hearing will take place in Dallas County, Texas; you may also elect to participate by telephone, by video, through written submissions, or in the county of your residence. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court could award under applicable law, including any remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection statutes, and the arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement — except that a court, and not an arbitrator, has exclusive authority to decide whether the Class Action Waiver below is enforceable.

Exceptions

Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction, or (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to address actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.

Class Action Waiver

You and WebAppsToGo LLC agree that disputes may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding; class arbitration is not permitted. If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request (and only that one) will be severed and may be brought in court, while all other claims remain in arbitration.

Your Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of this "Dispute Resolution and Arbitration" section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@neatpilot.app with your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Court Proceedings and Venue

For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and for any action to enforce an arbitration award, you and WebAppsToGo LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section survives termination of these Terms and the closing of your account. If we make a material change to this "Dispute Resolution and Arbitration" section after you accept these Terms, that change will not apply to any dispute for which a party has already provided written notice of a claim.
