These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WebAppsToGo LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the Neat Pilot service ("Service").

By accessing or using Neat Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Neat Pilot is an AI-powered organizing service that helps you transform physical spaces. Our Service includes:

• AI analysis of photos showing cluttered or disorganized spaces
• Motivational tips and actionable organizing plans
• AI-generated makeover previews showing potential transformations
• Project organization and progress tracking tools
• Credit-based access to premium AI features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of Neat Pilot, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload inappropriate, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Upload content containing personal information of others without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its content

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Important: AI-generated makeover previews are visualizations created by artificial intelligence and should be used for inspiration only. We make no guarantees about:

• Accuracy or feasibility of suggested transformations
• Suitability of designs for your specific space or needs
• Compliance with building codes or safety regulations
• Costs or practicality of implementing suggestions
• Professional quality or design expertise

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether to implement any AI suggestions. Consult with qualified professionals (contractors, designers, engineers) before making significant changes to your space.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Technical difficulties or system failures
• Circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters)

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions or unavailability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WebAppsToGo LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebAppsToGo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you upload to the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• Continuing to provide Service creates risk for us or others

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data following the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)
• Displaying a prominent notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebAppsToGo LLC regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
