Neat Pilot ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by WebAppsToGo LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and respect.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered organizing service. By using Neat Pilot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service:

• Database and authentication provider: Securely stores your account information and photos
• Payment processor: Handles credit pack purchases and payment transactions
• AI service providers: Process your photos to generate analysis and makeover previews
• Analytics provider: Helps us understand usage patterns and improve the service
• Cloud infrastructure provider: Hosts our application and data

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest
• Secure authentication and access controls
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Restricted access to personal information

You can delete your Neat Pilot account at any time. When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and profile information
• All organizing projects and their settings
• All uploaded photos and AI-enhanced makeover images
• All shared photo links
• Usage history and token balances
• Any active subscriptions (which will be cancelled immediately)

To delete your account, visit our account deletion page or go to Account Settings and select "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion:

• Immediate deletion: Account data, photos, projects, and usage data are deleted immediately
• 90-day retention: Some billing records may be retained for tax and legal compliance
• Third-party data: Payment data managed by Stripe follows their retention policies

After retention periods expire, all remaining data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Neat Pilot is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, for significant changes, by sending you an email notification or displaying a prominent notice in the service.

Your continued use of Neat Pilot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
