Account Deletion Request

At Neat Pilot, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account Information: Email address, password, and profile details
  • Projects: All organizing projects you've created
  • Photos: All uploaded photos and AI-enhanced makeover images
  • Shared Links: Any photo share links you've created
  • Usage Data: Token balances, usage history, and analytics
  • Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately

Data Retention

Some records may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

  • Purchase Records: Retained for up to 90 days for tax and legal compliance
  • Stripe Payment Data: Managed by Stripe according to their data retention policies
  • Legal Holds: Data subject to legal proceedings may be retained as required

After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

If you are logged into your account, you can delete it immediately:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Before You Delete

Consider the following before proceeding:

  • No Recovery: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Download Your Data: Export any photos or project data you want to keep
  • Cancel First: If you just want to pause, consider cancelling your subscription instead
  • Shared Links: Any links you've shared will stop working immediately
