Sign-in & account access
If you can't sign in, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Password reset emails arrive within a minute — check your spam folder if you don't see one. Google sign-in is also available on iOS, Android, and web.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you signed up:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
- Web: Account billing
We don't process refunds for store-purchased subscriptions — Apple and Google handle those directly. For web subscriptions, email us and we'll work it out.
Makeover packs & tokens
Each AI makeover costs one token. Subscription tokens are spent first, then any purchased pack tokens. Subscription tokens reset on renewal; pack tokens never expire. If a makeover fails for a technical reason (server error, timeout), no token is charged — the system only spends tokens on completed generations.
AI makeover quality
If a result isn't what you expected, try the "Customize" tab and write a more specific instruction (e.g., "keep the bed but change the wall color to sage green"). Better photos — well-lit, in focus, taken straight on — produce dramatically better results than dim or angled shots.
We're always improving the underlying AI models. If you have a result that looks broken (artifacts, melted furniture, wrong room style), please email us with the before/after pair so we can investigate.
Photo privacy
Your photos are private. We never sell them, share them with advertisers, or train AI models on them. They're stored encrypted and deleted when you remove a project or your account. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Delete your account
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or use the form at neatpilot.app/delete-account. All photos, projects, and billing records are removed permanently.
Response Time
We aim to reply within one business day (Monday–Friday). Most messages get a response the same day. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, check your spam folder — some providers occasionally filter our replies.
